If it is known in any way that a person who is not a participant in the social security scheme has received benefits in accordance with this Act or has received benefits in excess of the benefits that should be received in accordance with this Act, the Fund shall collect such amount from such person as prescribed.
(2) The amount recovered as per sub-section (1) shall be deposited in the fund.
